Jacques Coune (Born in 1924)had been a leading light in the Equipe National Belge racing team, and by the early sixties was running a thriving business at the avenue de la Couronne in Brussels.
He was the Belgian Concessionaire for Abarth cars and parts, as well as the ISO Rivolta, and had his own body workshop where he took care of exclusive sport cars like Ferrari, Jaguars, Aston Martins and other valuable cars.
